Any information collected from lake property owners and association members is done with the intent of compiling a DSLPOA database. This information is used to contact members in case of emergency, to update members on pertinent DSLPOA matters, and to maintain an annual membership Directory (a copy of which is provided to all members in good standing).
Information that is collected by DSLPOA is considered private, and is shared only with the consent of the member. DSLPOA abides by privacy laws.
All owners and members have the option of "opting out” and should notify any member of the Executive should they wish to be removed.
