Update: July 3rd, 2014 - Due to all the rain and rising water levels, highest in decades, there are many floating objects in the water – logs, docks, stumps, so when out on the water in your boats please go slowly and keep watch. When towing make sure you have a spotter and everyone should keep their eyes open. County, municipality and private crews are busy repairing roads and driveways, even on Canada Day. We should thank them all. If a dock floats to your property it would be best if you can tie it up so that it doesn't continue to float around and be a danger. Hopefully someone will come to claim it.
TSW feedback: No latitude to accelerate lake drawdown due to very high levels also on Head Lake – they cannot handle any extra outflow from Drag/Spruce. One half log was removed from the Drag dam a couple of days ago – current setting is 6 logs (out of 7 total). It will take a few days for the lake to drain.
