Keeping you informed.
We’re continuing our work and actively leading awareness efforts around LGTLO with other lake associations in Haliburton County, Kawartha Lakes and Muskoka. Our upcoming webinar is part of the ongoing outreach. We hope it encourages more associations to launch their own LGTLO campaigns, helping reduce the estimated 545 metric tonnes of lead that enter Canadian waters every year from lost fishing tackle – and protecting our precious loons and other wildlife in the process.
