New Dock Regulations – As a result of a court decision, the MNR has been given direction on how its rules regarding docks and shoreline installations are to be regulated. A permit is now required to build a new dock or alter an existing one if it is bigger than 15 sq. meters, or build or alter a shoreline boathouse. For more information – click here.
