Long time resident of Mural Lane, Janice Habib, has volunteered to be the new Area Rep for area #7. This includes Sand Point Rd., Mural Lane, Shuttle Lane, Edmonton Trail and Gibraltor Bay Lane. Janice will have the Directories for her area that were not distributed on the long weekend. Please contact Janice to arrange to collect your Directory. She can be reached on the cottage phone at 705 457-1832 or on her email at janiceh193@gmail.com. If you would like your 2025 Directory mailed please let Janice know. We are endeavouring to save money this year by delivering as many as possible and to avoid a possible postal strike.
Welcome Janice and thank you. We know you will enjoy meeting many new neighbours and seeing some old friends.
If you are interested in being an Area Rep we still have some vacancies and would welcome your enquiries. Please contact Barb at 705 457-8864 for more information.
See you at the AGM on Sunday, July 6th!
The winter markers and anchors for hazard buoys HW1, HW3 and HW4 were likely dragged by the ice into deeper waters. As these mark our primary Eurasian Watermilfoil bed, please leave extra distance when you're in the vicinity of HW2.
The plan is to replace the lost anchors and deploy the remaining three hazard buoys this week.
A big thanks to Ryan Vincent and John Travaglini for managing the Drag Lake hazard buoys.
Further information on the hazard buoys can be found here.
