EXTREME FIRE CONDITIONS – TOTAL FIRE BAN
The Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry is reporting extreme fire conditions for our area. It is the combined decision of the four Chief Fire Officials that a TOTAL FIRE BAN for Haliburton County is implemented effective immediately (May 12, 2022) until further notice.
There is a total fire ban on all outdoor burning during Extreme Fire Conditions. All burn permits and fireworks permits are suspended until further notice.
