Details:
- Portsmouth Yardstick handicap system used
- For light winds (3-10 knots), race around the course once
- For heavy winds (10+ knots), race around the course twice (announced at race time)
- Sign the waiver electronically before the race
- Please ensure you have required minimum safety equipment.
