Drag Lake Dam – as part of the recently announced TSW capital program (click here), the Drag Lake dam will be undergoing rehabilitation work this summer. For an overall update from CEWF – click here. Stay tuned to this site for further specific updates on the Drag Lake dam. The current TSW planning shows construction start in mid summer, and lasting several months.

3. Drag/Spruce Lakes Water Levels – note that throughout this winter season our lake water levels have been at historic highs. This is due to a combination of the weather, and a partial shutdown of the power generating station located at the outflow. As you can see on the TSW graph below (blue line), we are currently at water levels typically seen in July/August. No major concerns at this time.
