New Dock Regulations – As a result of a court decision, the MNR has been given direction on how its rules regarding docks and shoreline installations are to be regulated. A permit is now required to build a new dock or alter an existing one if it is bigger than 15 sq. meters, or build or alter a shoreline boathouse. For more information – click here. Found Dock – a dock floated in to a property on the north side of Spruce Lake and is tied to shore. For more information call 705-457-2066.

Highlands Summer Festival and Opera Studio – The 2016 season starts July 3rd and shouldn’t be missed. Tickets can be ordered now. A lucky DSLPOA member will also again receive a free pair of tickets to be drawn at the AGM on July 10th.
