3. Drag/Spruce Lakes Water Levels – note that throughout this winter season our lake water levels have been at historic highs. This is due to a combination of the weather, and a partial shutdown of the power generating station located at the outflow. As you can see on the TSW graph below (blue line), we are currently at water levels typically seen in July/August. No major concerns at this time.
