Shoreline “911” signs

As Fire Chief Miles Maughan emphasized at our AGM, it would be very helpful in emergencies if all or most properties had their address sign on the waterfront. It makes it much easier for boaters, snowmobilers or other people on the lake to call in emergencies and report the location.  It also makes it easier to find your friends.

Signs can be ordered from Chris at VISTA Signs, (705 457-9796). They are still only $20.00 plus tax.

Remember to hang them above the winter snowline.

August Long Weekend Events

Please note the date of the Ced Hurd Swim is Saturday August 1st.  Also take note that the Fun Day is at the Fish Hatchery on Sunday August 2nd. If you have young children don’t miss the Novelty Swim on August 1st. See our Summer event schedule for more details – click here.
