With our Municipal Elections coming up the end of October it is important for all of us waterfront property owners to be informed regarding our community and the natural environment. Please keep informed of the issues. There are 2 important all candidates meetings for us (click here), and opportunities to keep informed through the local papers (see under ‘Key Links’ for Highlander and Echo), and online playbacks of the interviews. Barb Bohlin will be attending these meetings if you have questions you’d like her to ask or submit your own questions.
A piece of gold jewelry has been found on Leinauer’s Beach. It could have been there for a while as gold doesn’t tarnish. If you think this might be yours, please call Jane Heyes at (705) 457-1465 or at (705) 455-9725. Let’s hope owner and finder get connected!
